Hey folks, I've been here for 15 years and With a population of 10,280, Exeter is a small town. Homes are going for about $273,500 on average. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 8.4%, which is concerning. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? Thanks! The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
