Thinking about relocating to Exeter from Las Vegas

I'm a 44-year-old marketing manager and Homes are going for about $273,500 on average. Household incomes average around $71,198 in Exeter. Crime rate is something to consider -Exeter sits at 246.3 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 8.4%, which is concerning. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Tampa it's tough.
