I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $132,500 on average. Household incomes average around $49,432 in Exeter. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
