Co-working spaces in Fair Lakes?

Alright, Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 8,617 people. With a population of 8,617, Fair Lakes is a small town. Homes are going for about $575,500 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 3 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The West side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
