Best neighborhoods to rent in Fair Lawn?

So, Rent is about $1,908/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.
