Couple moving to Fair Lawn from out of state

Alright, Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Fair Lawn sits at 21.2 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Portland it's excellent.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Good luck with whatever you decide..
