Housing market in Fair Lawn right now

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 17 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Fair Lawn sits at 21.2 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor recreation is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is tough in most areas.
