I've been here for 16 years and Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $147,952, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
