Housing market in Fair Oaks right now

Hey folks, Military spouse here. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,030 people. Median household income is $111,332, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Appreciate any input. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I work in construction here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is solid. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
