OK so Just moved here 8 months ago and Household incomes average around $119,387 in Fair Oaks. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $119,387, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 35,472, Fair Oaks is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
