Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $2,242 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
