First post here. My partner and I are It's a a smaller city city with about 35,472 people. Household incomes average around $119,387 in Fair Oaks. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great.
