Just moved here 2 months ago and Rent is about $2,242/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Appreciate any input. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
