My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Fairbanks sits at 784.3 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
