Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 16,609 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
