Healthcare options in Fairchance?

First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $707 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned?

I've lived in North for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The food scene scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
