Fairfax in the winter -how bad?

I'm a 25-year-old software engineer and Homes are going for about $1,121,500 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,281 for rent here. Household incomes average around $131,875 in Fairfax. Median household income is $131,875, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The food scene is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
