Fairfax Station job market vs Charlotte

Alright, With a population of 12,298, Fairfax Station is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Moved here from Miami about 4 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to community vibe but No regrets on my end..
