How is the nightlife in Fairfax?
We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $677,400, which is pretty steep. Am I wrong here?

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
