Just moved here 3 months ago and Homes are going for about $677,400 on average. Household incomes average around $132,774 in Fairfax. The median home value here is around $677,400, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this?
