Best apartments in Fairfield under ?

Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 7.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 120K people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
