I'm retired and With a population of 120K, Fairfield is a mid-size city. You can expect to pay around $2,191 for rent here. Average temperature is around 59°F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
