Hello, I'm single, late 50s, and Household incomes average around $70,166 in Fairfield. With a population of 44,597, Fairfield is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 44,597 people. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in The Heights area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
