Hey everyone, I've been here for 13 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 44,597 people. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $218,100, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
