So, It's a a small town city with about 6,231 people. Homes are going for about $293,100 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
