Fairland in the winter -how bad?

Hey everyone, I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $87,924, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,183 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
