Is Fairland a good place to live?
Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Fairland sits at 593.4 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

- Low taxes
- Easy commute
Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited public transit
- Cold winters
- Not very walkable
- Mosquitoes and humidity
