Quick question about Fairland

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Fairland sits at 593.4 per 100K. Median household income is $87,924, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

I'm a software engineer and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is average and there's always something going on.

Came here for retirement and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The school system is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
