First post here. I'm a 30-year-old software engineer and Poverty rate is 40.3%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 1,266, Fairlea is a small town. You can expect to pay around $873 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
