Hi all, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $59,228, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $717 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
