Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $847 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Fairview? Thanks in advance! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 3 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
