Best neighborhoods in Fairview Heights

I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $77,960 in Fairview Heights. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 1 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Meadowbrook side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
