Hey folks, I'm retired and It's a a small town city with about 11,064 people. Median household income is $61,387, which feels about average for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
