Hey, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Fairview sits at 128.3 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
