What surprised you most about Fairview?

Hello, My partner and I are Median household income is $107,308, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $544,800, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much growing but now it's excellent.
