Hi all, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 18,437, Fairwood CDP (King County) is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
