Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $119,013 in Fairwood CDP (King County). It's a a small town city with about 18,437 people. The median home value here is around $658,000, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? Cheers. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
