Affordable areas near Fajardo zona urbana?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Dallas and The unemployment rate is 10.2%, which is concerning. With a population of 25,524, Fajardo zona urbana is a smaller city. Median household income is $24,305, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,524 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Diverse community
- Low taxes
- Plenty of shopping options
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Limited dining options
- Lack of diversity
- Few job opportunities in some fields
Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 6 years here, that's my honest assessment.
