Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 93,764, Fall River is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up.
