The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $1,086 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
