Hello, I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $154,734 in Falls Church. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $1,005,400 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
