Is it worth buying in Falls Church?

Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,205 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
