Co-working spaces in Falmouth?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value cost of living, you'll love it. The community vibe is genuinely excellent and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. My neighborhood (Sunset) is affordable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from LA, be prepared for the culture shock. cultural scene is completely different here. And Chain restaurants dominate.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a social worker who relocated here from Dallas about 11 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are competitive, gas is solid.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
