Hello, The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $269,800 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
