Cheapest neighborhoods in Fargo?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $269,800 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
