Alright, I'm originally from San Francisco and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $916/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
