Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 45°F, so bundle up in winter. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
