Starting a business in Fargo?

Hi all, I'm single, late 30s, and It's a a mid-size city city with about 129K people. The median home value here is around $269,800, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 45°F, so bundle up in winter. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. I'm a teacher and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.
