OK so Just moved here 16 months ago and Rent is about $1,041/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
