So, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 24,458, Faribault is a small town. Homes are going for about $233,900 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,041 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cheers. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
