Working in Faribault -salaries realistic?

Hello, Rent is about $1,041/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
